Car is up to date on every service and wear item and all the work that I took to a shop to do, I have the receipt for. Everything else was done or replaced by me. Previous owner says clutch was replaced at 172k KMs.

Valve Cover Gasket and half moon seals replaced
Brand New Pads all around
Audi A8 Front rotors with Audi TT Caliper Carriers (A8 Brake Upgrade), New Rotors rear
Front Outer CV Boots replaced
Driver's rear Wheel Bearing Replaced (other side replaced by previous owner)
New Speakers all Around
iPod Charger integrated / Aux hooked up to Satelite radio
Temperature Sensors replaced
New 710N Diverter Valve (Audi TT DV which is stronger)
New NGK Spark Plugs (Gapped to 0.28)
Been Rust Proofed (Won't have to do it again until after winter 2015)
New Suction Jet Pump
PCV System Replaced (034 Motorsports)
Pancake Valve Replaced
Coolant Sensor Replaced
Bilstein Sport shocks replaced originals
All air filters replaced
All vacuum lines replaced
New Catalytic Converter (034 Motorsport HFC with Spacer) - Original available if you want it.
Oil Fill Cap Replaced
Throttle Body Cleaned
B&M Short Shifter Installed
Mass AirFlow sensor and IAT sensor cleaned
Fuel Injector O-Rings replaced and cleaned
All Fluids Flushed and Replaced (Brake, Coolant, Oil)
Detailed Inside and Out

Original Paint and never been in an accident. Probably missed something that was done as maintenance to the car, since its been taken care of so well. Car is in excellent condition.
