Been collecting components for a while but life kept getting in the way. Just got everything installed, and got the car back yesterday.
2011 Deep Sea Blue alu-optic S4 prem+, sports diff, AWE exhaust w\ downpipes, H-sport sways, 19' BBS CH-Rs, Passport 9500ci, Huper Optik 40% tint, K&N filter.
New stuff:
KW V2 coilovers
Alu Keuz
Eurocode end links
SPC adjustable control arms
stainless brake lines (Eurocode? Don't remember where I got them)
Akebono ceramic brake pads
Apikol diff mount
Eurocode sway bar bolts (to replace audi stretch bolts that shouldn't have been reused by Curry's)
Car feels so supple and planted. no worse than stock on road surface irregularities. "The velvet hammer"
The rear end is pretty low and it hasn't even had time to settle yet. I may go for the KW A4 Avant rear springs if it goes much lower but it looks good right now.
stoked. tune next.

BBS-CHRs, still one of the most classic wheels on the market.

I agree. I spent a lot of time thinking about that decision but to me they just go.

Labor rate? Any perks beyond hopefully doing a good job?

I'd like to see a pic of your grill. I want to do the exact same thing with my grill and paint it dark silver. Post pics please.

Not really, he has good shop space, 3-4 lifts and a good crew but the waiting area at his place is kind of a dump and there's not even coffee. there's a water cooler but yesterday there weren't any cups. There's also not enough chairs. But he is super-smart about the cars, honest as anything, warrantees his work and gets shit right. Most of the stuff I did was flat rate, he has a whole schedule of charges for standard work and he'll give you an exact quote for work like that. Not sure what his hourly rate is offhand.

Thanks for the fair and honest feedback. Truthfully, work quality and honesty matter the most in my opinion.
