Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge on this guy's fitment.

I'm trying to clear the exact same wheels - ESM 002r 18x9.5 with +40. They will not clear the front calipers even with a 20mm spacer.
Any suggestions? Grind down the top and bottom of the calipers? Anyone have any pictures or knowledge of this? Ugh. So annoying when you are almost done, then this gets you.

20mm spacer on TOP of a 20mm spacer!!!!!! [>_<]
Jk... honestly, I'd sell them to someone who can actually run them without trouble [facepalm]

Step 1: buy real wheels that fit
Step 2: go kill yourself for buying those shitty fake no fitting wheels

How can I get these wheels to fit essentially.
They dont clear the front caliper hangers. Its close, but they dont clear. Can I grind them down? Or is my only alternative getting wider spacers? I have heard of people grinding down their caliper hangers a little to give them that bit of clearance . . . .

You would probably be okay doing that, but it isn't recommended. These parts are engineered how they are for a reason. If you can clear them for a little more money using spacers I would. The hangers are already a very thin piece IMO

This isnt my car btw. Just a picture I found on google.
I circled the two points that are hitting the wheels. As they jut out the furthest. I was wondering about grinding these down a touch..

I understand what you meanj, but a bend is much stronger than a cut junction. It isn't really a stress point and I have seen people do it, I am just against doing things that way. Sum it up, you'd be safe, but would you rather do it the cheap way or the right way?

That is if a spacer doesnt fix the issue. If I can get a 25mm spacer to clear then Ill go that route. But if not then I need to explore some options I think..
