Well my check engine light has been on so i went into a german shop and had them look at it. Turns out that one of my o2 sensors is out, and i need a new one ( 400 bucks intalled, good price?) Also, the test said there was misfiring in some of the cylinders, i dont know exactly which ones, I can go look at the overview and find out if needed, but i was just wondering if this had anything to do with the o2 sensor....??? Last thing that was bad was some intake valves (not really sure) The only thing i know is that 1 or 2 of them can be bad, and that they cost about 500 bucks each to purchase and install. The guy said that the only thing that these affect is the high ammount of smog, and there is no performance that is affected or anything else.....is this true? Im not really sure about any of this, i just want some input..

thanks.

If you're mechanically inclined at all do your own O2 sensor install. ECS tuning sells Bosch sensors for $100-150.

Not sure about that other stuff.

You get the VW sensor for cheap as hell from www.vastperformance.com

I did.
