A4 b6 speaker trouble

Hi guys,

Fitted a new head unit to my car, an aftermarket alpine. Got all the harnesses and adapters, but I am getting a constant ringing noise coming from the speakers in the top of the rear doors.

Does anyone know what this May be? There is no music played through these speakers, they just a
Ways ring, even with the volume turned right down.

If anyone could help me that would be great!

If you aren't using the stock amplifier for the rear speakers, then disconnect it - that should stop the ringing.

Disconnected the rear amp. Solved the problem but I am not unable to use the rear speakers in the door that do work and the sub. Any ideas why the upper speakers in the rear door are playing a high pitch static noise?
