2000 Audi A8 Stereo Faceplate

I have been having a heck of a time finding a faceplate/trim/aftermarket mount kit for the d2 2000 audi a8 w/ symphony. Does anyone have experience with this and could assist me?

Ha! It's because one doesn't exist!
You can modify an A4 or A6 one, as they are wider - one of them isn't as high though, I forget which...
