I have the parts to complete a 6 speed swap for sale.

Will include
Transmission
Shift linkage
Shift assembly and boot (inside car)
Drive Shaft
Rear Diff
Pedals/clutch parts

What you will need
Front axles
Slave cylinder
Flywheel/Clutch

There is a DIY on here for the vag com and wiring. Wiring consists of runnig a new wire to the ecu, its not to hard of a swap just takes a bit of time. Have questions, let me know.

...wow that's a pretty damn good deal man. Somebody needs to jump on this since normally when the Auto->6MT topic is brought up the answer is that it's not cost-effective and that they should just go get a manual S4. This would make it quite a damn reasonable swap.
