2008 A4 Symphony II, Bluetooth streaming through iPod dock in glove box?

I have looked around for a Bluetooth adapter that I can plug into my iPod dock in the glove box so I can stream music from my phone.

I Googled but everything is from at least 3 years ago. Was wondering if something new has come out that you guys might know about that would work. Seems that more people were having issues with the 2008 model than others. I have the Symphony II, and from what I read is not A2DP compatible.

The first one can be converted to connect in the glove box for an additional $20
Since the 2nd one shows text it must go in behind the radio.
