Getting Audi Logo on Aftermarket HU Startup

I have seen several pics of aftermarket HU installs of various brands that display the Audi logo (I'm assuming upon startup, but not sure). How would one go about doing this? I would be doing it on a Kenwood DDX371. Thanks for the help in advance!

I don't believe that head unit supports user friendly changing of the splash screen.
