Help! Cuts in leather seat

I was just applying some leatherpflege on my cardamom beige seats and noticed these small cuts. Anyone have any experience or recommendations on how to fix this before it gets worse? The cuts are very short and it looks like there is no leather missing. I saw some videos by 3M, but looking for a professional opinion. Is this something I should fix myself or should I take it to a professional?

x2... especially if you are inexperience with leather repair. Thats a spot with a lot of contact and movement. do it right the first time to avoid another headache

As a heads up. That looks more like tears than cuts.

A leather professional can have that repaired so it is very difficult to tell it was there for about $100.
