Any one know of something i can use to get this residue off? I got all the adhesive but its these really hard lines left

3M rubbing compound. You can pick it up at Walmart or your auto parts store.

I used Duck Brand Adhesive Remover, however, my adhesive was not very thick.

You can find it anywhere. (e.g. Walmart, Target, local hardware store, etc.)

I sprayed the adhesive a few times, let it "soak in" for about 20 seconds, and gave it a few gentle rubs with the aggressive side of a sponge. Voilą!

Avoid using a flooring adhesive remover. It seems to be too harsh. It stripped the clear coat and part of the pain on my friend's WRX. Luckily it was only a Subaru.

Some may not want to use the aggressive side of a sponge on their paint, however, that was the least amount of worries for me.
