krautoled - No lights? no emails?

Hello,

This is not a negative review of KrautoLED by any means, I've read mostly all positive reviews on here which sparked me to order the LED interior lighting set with addition of license plate lights. Just curious to get input from other customers if my experiences so far are typical. It's my been 10 days since payment was sent via paypal and I've received no email regarding shipment or status of order.

In addition I've sent 2 emails regarding status (maybe there are lights on back order?) which is fine but get no response. I've also tried to reach Krauto direct on the forums since I was trying to make an order adjustment before shipment but haven't heard back yet. I know we are all busy in life but after forking over close to 100$ I'd just like to hear some communication regarding the order? [confused]

No input on the company or kit but just so you know you could have bought all the lights yourself and spent half that. I spent $25 on license plate lights and about $25 for interior lights on eBay.

**update** Heard back literally right after post - turns out some lights are on back-order. All good here.
