My 2.8 has done nothing but give me tons of problems. I just had a bad misfire on 1 and 6 fixed it by changing coil pack and wires.. Its now like a month later and its misfiring on 1, 2, and 3. What could be causing the misfires on bank 1?

Codes? Do you have a CEL? - That would help to start, Did you replace the spark plugs too? Also preform a spark test for your coils, there is a DIY some place around here. Checking for codes and spark would be a good place to start.

whats the idle like, lumpy? Another possible cause may be a dirty throttle body. Checking for spark would rule out some items, so I would try this first.

Before buying more parts, lets see if we can do the free stuff first.

Idle is hard kind of.. Hard to explain but. Basically i can just feel it idling. Normally i dont feel anything just hear it.. Also needle doesnt move much at all

Car drives fine i would say.. Still has power. No loss in that or noticeable misfire. No blinking cel or cel at all ever

Well try cleaning the throttle body, and check for a consistent spark across all six coils. The take a look at your plugs

I dont like that stuff, and to really clean the throttle body, you should really pull it off. Here:

I can just test that? I dont have to preform a test on the coil pack its self
