seems the coolant piping under my intake manifold is leaking, perished o ring is probably the cause. anyone have any insight into removing the intake manifold on a 30 valve 2.8?
thanks

It's been a few years since I did the job so I can't really remember anything specific -- but you'll need a set of smaller allen/hex bits, one to get the air intake elbow off (the black tube at the back) and the rest to take the manifold off. I remember being concerned about debris falling into the motor while removing it so make sure you either scrape or vacuum away all the shit surrounding it before you pull it off. I also recall some yellow cable that stays attached to the throttle body...

Not much help, but yeah, just remember that debris and dirt.
