S Line Flat Bottom Wheel fitment for D3 A8 ?

I have a 2006 A8L coming and I was wondering if this wheel is plug/play. I read a few threads involving the need for a different harness, but I couldn't find out the specifics.

It is plug and play. As for the steering wheel controls, they will only work if your old steering wheel had them.
