below is a pic of what I am working with. The two torx screws on top didn't seem to offer much movement at all. Are there others I can try to re-align it? Will I need to remove the bumper?

There's another torx at the base of the headlight near the grill. I think you need to put a torx screw driver through an access hole to get to it. There may be another lower bolt on the fender side but I could be wrong
