Front bumper adjuster part# help

My car is missing the adjustment part on the driver side, I'm not sure what exactly the part is but does anyone happen to know the part number for it?

And you will need an heavy duty puller to install the rivet, don't even try with a regular puller, won't happen
Harbor freight sells a cheap one

I just installed mine with bolts, nuts and lock washers.
