My 2002 GIAC X-chipped allroad is for sale. What should I ask for it?

New fuel pump/filter
New front Arnott 2012 airbags, warranty transferable(or, I can vouch)
New OEM driver's side rear airbag(done, 2011)
New Kumho Ecsta 4X 235/45/ZR18 98XL tires
OEM Ultra Sport 18x8" alloy wheels
EGTs deleted, via resistors
A/C blows ice-cold
6-Disc CD changer works perfectly
Always used pure, German Castrol 0w30
New coolant tank/cap(done, 2013)
New coolant temp sensor(done, 2013)
New after-run switch/timer(done, 2013)
New aux cooling fan, OEM(done, 2012)
New P/S hoses/Pentosin CHF fluid
Upgraded Diverter valves to Bosch 710P(OEM Porsche Turbo ones = BEST)

3.75" OEM sport exhaust tips

California car, I am third owner(first was corporate lease, second was soccer mom)

Still runs and looks great
Includes GIAC Flashloader cable, to switch back to stock files....ie: SMOG

I'm thinking $4700/obo. Is that high?
