Interested in Poineer AVH-X5600BHS

I'm looking to upgrade my stock head unit for something new. What I am considering now is the Pioneer AVH-X5600bhs. I wanted something with navigation built in but i'm on a tight budget so I figured I could use my I5 with this as far as navigation for now and the pioneer navi unit later . For now I plan on retaining the stock speakers and subwoofer. What is recommended to make this install as painless as possible? If there are other suggestions for good head units similar in price, I would like to hear so I can research them

TIA,

Norman

Hey Norman I've been running a Kenwood DDX419 for awhile now. I paid $500 for mine, has Nav hookup, Sirius, Pandora. If you ever plan on upgrading your subwoofer and amp, it has a lot of area for fine tuning [up]

So thanks to Christian at Enfig, I got all the wiring harnesses I needed to complete my install of Pioneer AVH-X5600BHS. Plus I picked up a proclip mount from him. Here is what everything looks like installed.

I'm very pleased with how it came out. I would definitely recommend anyone doing an install to reach out to Christian for their needs!

Christian, one thing I noticed is that when I turn the volume up the speakers seem to cut out if its fairly loud. Would that have something to do with the bose amp? I never experienced that with the stock head unit. What do you suggest?
