Bi-Xenon to halogen

Ill be trading my car in soon and ill be removing the bi-xenons.
It originally came with halogen and I've done the retrofit, Question is will i have to vag the car back to halogens or will they work with being coded to bi-xenons?

I'm pretty sure you'll have to re-code.
