I got a OEM snub from europaparts and installed it since the old was was barely gone..even though my idle was really good even with it messed up. now i put the new one in and installed it correctly tighten everything to specs an i get a little vibration thats is not annoying but i know it's there and is kind of bothering me any suggestions? do i have a break in period for this?

Loosen the holder, run around the block a few times, retighten.

you have the cage centered around the new snub mount ? you'll feel vibration if the snub mount is touching the cage.

little vibration is always normal in harder snub mounts.

the snub consists of 3 main components and several bolts.
mount attaches to the engine block, tighten this one to spec
the snub which presses onto the mount that bolts to the engine block
the cage is what receives the snub and is adjustable. loosen those 4 bolts so that it just barely jiggles, run the motor, take a few laps around the block with it loose so it can center itself. Then retighten.
This will center the snub in the cage and reduce vibrations when engine is at idle.

Can you post up some more info OP with the type of product you had purchased.
I am about to go this route and get mine changed too. I am just deciding which one I should go with.
You wrote you bought an original one and you are getting vibration correct?
Maybe it needs to be broken in as said in previous posts?

I got the ECS snub and I could can't even tell the difference in vibration, mine is minimal. Its definitely a better feel, but no negatives IMO. As suggested though, loosen the bracket to barely hand tight, let it idol or drive around the block then retighten. Should resolve the issue but you may want to check your motor mounts as well. Could be a jelly donut down there (bad motor mount). [>_<]

This. I had a bad motor mount that i knew about i just never thought it would make such a difference changing it to 034 streets. I had chatter when engaging 1st from still, chatter on my steering wheel on tight and rough turns and excessive lurching on shifts. I thought i had to replace my clutch and tranny mounts etc, but all was solved with motor mounts.

Pretty much guarantee it's rubbing the cage. No way will an OEM mount vibe like that. Even if OP was a Tip.
All my BFI snub did was let me know that my main mounts need replacing!
