When is the last time you emptied your catch can? It's likely frozen, causing excess pressure to build up in the crank case and forcing oil past the rings and then burnt.
This happened to me with the 034 catch can.
Take off catch can and hoses, make sure their is no ice in them. Run warm water through them. Re install and drive.

blue smoke is oil. coolant is white and sweet. yourecar never got up to temp because you let it idle in freezing temps, you have to drive it, give it some load to warm up.
check your catch can its probably frozen like kloeb2 suggested

Let your car idle for 10s max and just drive it. Letting it idle with cold oil is much worse than just driving it.
