not quite sure whats going on this time. has my friends confused too. i was driving down the highway and went to pass a car and noticed i had a significant loss of power. looked at my boost gauge and noticed i was maxing between 8-10psi. under normal load its pushing 5. i am stage 1 APR tune and downpipe. im normally maxing 18psi. i cant hear any definite boost leaks or anything that souinds weird with the car. any ideas?
you probably are back in the stock program. Pull out your EMCS APR manual and read up on how to swap programs using the CC stalk.

I feel like it could be the N75 wastegate frequency valve. does anyone know how to correctly diagnose or check the valve?
plug in vcds and cycle through the output functions of the engine. Otherwise log it and make sure it isn't exceptionally high or low.

If you are not on the Rev D Diverter Valve, it is quite possible that yours tore!

Here is what happens when the tear (on the right) and then the updated revision D (on the left)

HERE (http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/561116-B7-A4-2-0T-Diverter-Valve-Removal-Installation) is a DIY on how to replace it!
Let me know if you have any questions!

I have a lightly used (~10k miles) Rev. D DV if you need one [:D]
$50 shipped and it's yours.

Sounds like a boost leak to me

Well I would buy it but I have already ordered a go fast bits one lol

So it was definitely a blown DV. Replaced with the Go Fast Bits DV. Honestly it was easier to remove the and install the diverter valve with a long 5mm Allen key instead of a ratchet with an extension or swivel joint.

Swivel would definitely be a pain, but the ratchet does make it easy if tools you have fit.
Glad you got it sorted out!

I found it much easier with the extra long Allen key honestly. Thanks though. Next time I'm under my car will be to replace all the intercooler piping. No more boost leaks lol.
