iPhone 5 Integration with Pioneer Setup

Hey guys, need some ideas of how to set up my iPhone 5 with a Pioneer stereo. Wondering how should I run the cables from the Pioneer stereo and out to where I can plug and play the iPhone? If you have this set up I would like your input and possibly pictures? Thanks!

I have a B6 2005 S4 and I haven't installed the new head unit in yet but it will be a AVH-x8500BHS.

I ran my Pioneer iPod cable in through the back of the glovebox. It's really easy to take it out.
