MMI mute in the morning - help!

MMI in my 2005.5 audi a4 is mute when it's cold in the morning. It happened couple of times already. When starting the car in the morning there is no sound. All the buttons on the MMI seems to be working. Songs played from CD or SD card seems to be playing (clock is counting songs lenght) I can switch radio stations/Sirius etc...the only thing that is wrong is lack of any sound. When I start the car few hours latter in the afternoon everything is back to normal. My MMI has sirius and 6cd changer.
Any ideas what's wrong ??

Have you done a vag com scan yet? The radio is part of the scan, and if there's any problems they should be logged.

If you have Bose it sounds like either a bad amp or a bad turn on signal from the radio to the amp.
