And no, I'm not talking about Game of Thrones.

Winter is upon us (if you don't count this weird ass 90 degree weather that we're having this week) and I would like to get a group of people together for a snowboarding/skiing trip. Probably the closest place with the best snow would be Big Bear, but I'm open to suggestions. We could do a single day trip or a weekend.

And of course it would be awesome if we could Audi caravan up (or other Euros too). Let me know what you guys think.

Ok, so Im thinking the weekend of Dec. 6th. How does that sound to everyone? Not sure if Big Bear will have snow by that time, but there is always Mammoth. Also I'm pretty sure I know the ticket manager at the main resort and may be able to get some discounts on lift tickets.

If this sounds good to everyone, then lets start planning. We would need a head count of people who are definitely in so I can look at rentals and shit.

Anyone who is down to drive and board/ski are welcome (you don't even have to drive if you can carpool with someone else)

Also, I would like to meet up with people who are down to go, just so that we know if everyone will be comfortable around each other. I dont forsee any major problems or issues, but just to keep everyone happy. Im sure Ill see most of you at Motor 4 Toys anyway.

Agreed. Last time I put on my racks my gas mileage was horrible!

Im going somewhere, family is trying to decide on Mammoth or Tahoe, Im pushing for Mammoth obviously.

Oh, and its currently snowing at Big Bear, so maybe mini trip sometime sooner.

And the time has come...a whole whopping 6-12 inches of snow at big bear! Let the planning begin. Obviously want to wait until there is more snow, but now ill stop getting shit for trying to plan things when there isnt snow. What weekends will work for everyone?
