Most reliable + experienced shop?

Hi all,

I have a B8 S4, and I am looking for some suggestions for any tuning shops around the Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts area to get work done on my car. Possibly an exhaust, or springs/handling improvements would need to be installed. I know there is a lot in Connecticut, and probably nothing in Maine. I am not looking to drive 4 hours, but I really am just looking for a reliable, experienced and cost efficient shop to get some work done... Any suggestions?

the best shop in Maine is Rennen Performance in Auburn.

They work on VW/Audi/Porsche/BMW/Mercedes... although they are primarily a VW/Audi shop.
they have a 2WD Dyno on site for tuning as well.

the shop specialty is high power turbo VR6 setups

My vote would be for Advanced Technologies in Gloucester.

I brought my car to East Coast European for a simple job and when I picked it up it was smoking very lightly. At the time I didn't think much of it, I assumed it had been driven in a little while and would go away. It progressively got worse until Lee at Advanced Technologies later indicated that the motor was blown. My guess is, they had too much fun with my car. Now I can't necessarily prove that, but when I brought it in it certainly wasn't broken.
