Received Friday, Installing now. Instructions are lacking.. Working on removing the Right fender Trim panel now.

Looks like I need to remove the trunk sill plate. Anyone have a hint before I bend/Damage it?

Removed the Privacy Panel, Trunk Deck cover/ Rear Fuse cover w/ the 12V outlet.

So far, removed the (3) Luggage "ears". (2) T25 screws in the plastic that holds the privacy panel.

Pretty easy after getting the right size Torx bits(T30 and T25)

Pulled the fender trim away from the fender releasing 3 Locating/Retention clips near the top of the panel.

Unplugged the 12V socket (Small screw driver to release the connector from the socket .

Removed the Cabin light connector (removed the shade cover and pushed the light first toward the cabin to release it from the trim, then rotated it and pulled it back thru the hole.

The trim panel is released at the top, but the rear of the trim panel extend under the trunk sill. It appears this needs to be removed to further release the Trim panel.

Any Help would be appreciated!

Got It!

A firm pull up on the Black plastic below the Metal sill releases it.

This now allows the trim to swing into the trunk compartment.

A 4th locator/clip is near the rear of the vehicle. Pulling the rear of the panel releases this one and the Panel is now rotated (hinging from the rear door pillar into the trunk,

Now to see what the wiring looks like. Hopefully it is self explanatory at this point.

Thanks JoeGie
That is standard/as shipped. According to the Instructions, I can adjust another +/-20mm using the adjustment screws.
