Currently we do not have any replacement rings - you will need to use your OEM ones.

Monday Bump!

Can you confirm grill and rings fit like OEM? I have heard about rings not fitting correct, grills having gaps etc from these purchases. To be clear, not with yours directly - just in general.

I have had reports that they fit perfectly and some that do not.

The ones that have had the perfect fit have commented that as long as you put the rings on exactly like factory - they had marked the rings with some tape as to which way was up and had no issues.

I cannot comment on the ones that are not fitting exactly, as I am waiting for some additional images to send to the manufacturer from one of the members who is having the issue (he is really busy right now and has not had time)

Yes you can return the item for a refund if it arrives in new condition - IE if you were the next to receive the grill that you are sending back and accept its condition as new. You would be responsible for the return shipping, and the refund value would be the price of the grill only not including the actual shipping charge to you.

No just the ring holder in the grill is crap becayse it only clips on the top part. Fully secure still though

I cracked my RS4 grille a couple weeks ago and I want to replace it with the same one I have. It's black with the silver surround, not chrome. Is this what you carry? Here is a picture for reference.

Sorry guys, the only options are Black or Chrome - we do not currently offer the satin surround.

However, this piece is removable and could easily be painted or you could switch it up with the one off your cracked grill if it is not the part that is cracked :)

Only one customer of mine in Canada had responded to my email the last time I asked and he DID NOT have to pay any additional when it was delivered :)

Only one customer of mine in Canada had responded to my email the last time I asked and he DID NOT have to pay any additional when it was delivered :)

I wonder if I could catch a ride back to last week BEFORE our server crashed....

Well it has been a fun week of working off of iPad's and iPhone's as our server and computer systems were being restored from what was supposed to be a small Upgrade/Maintenance. LOL

We are back online and faster than ever, and are back up to date with all emails and PM's and orders.

The sales are still going strong until the end of the year, and we will be shipping every week day up until the 23rd of December.

Big things coming in the next few weeks company wise.

I know, another non Star Wars post - but it is pretty Epic!

It was an all hands on deck, pretty crazy day yesterday at our Fresno Warehouse - the first real rain of the year in the Central Valley (yeah I know right) and the garage/shop section flooded!

But despite the flood drill, we were able to get everyone's order processed, and shipped and our project cars to high ground.

We have just found out that KW will be having a Mail in Rebate for all kits purchased in the month of March starting at $100 for a V1 and going up from there!!!

We will be advising everyone who is interested in the KW's to hold on to their purchase with us until March 1 to be able to get in on the deal [up]

Also, ST will be increasing its coilover kit pricing by an average of $50 starting on April 1, 2014 [down] So get your ST's for cheap while you can [up]

I am sorry but we do not sell the S4 badges. It is my understanding that anyone that has the S4 badge on the RS4 grill has modified their original S4 badge to fit on the new grill.

Hello usmc1994,

To be fair to those reading this, lets tell the whole story.

You ordered your grill kit on 2/17/2014 @ 2:59PM PST, and as you missed shipping cut off for the day your grill was to ship out on 2/18. On 2/18 you contacted us to change the grill from the Chrome Surround to Black Surround which was no problem as it was still early enough in the day to do so.

FedEx delivered the grill on 2/25 ton you in Rochester, NY, and on 2/26 we received an email from you which stated:

Just got the grill I hate to say it but not a fan at all it's very cheap and the part that holds the rings is the worst part the rings don't stay on and one of the posts broke off of it while trying to screw it on. I run a collision shop and it's a Audi dealership. I would like to know what you would be willing to do to make this right?

We asked for pictures of the broken piece so we could get with the manufacturer and see if we could get it replaced for you, to which you replied:

I'm taking off the vehicle and have a black optics grill on the way will you refund? It is not a very quality part. If this is a problem I will post on the forums .

We then replied to you that as per our Delivery Terms and Refund Policy that we cannot refund installed parts, but we would still do our best for you to get the replacement piece for what had broke during installation, but we still needed images to send the manufacturer.

To which you replied simply:
" I don't want it on my car anymore full refund only"

We again replied:

"I understand that you no longer want the product, and the reasons behind this but please correct me if I a wrong on the following points:

• The RS4 Grill has been installed and is being uninstalled and replaced by another unit of your choosing.
• There is a part of the RS4 grill that was broken during installation.

While I am not able to refund your money and take back the used grill kit, I may be able to get you the replacement part from the manufacturer to complete the kit and make it a desirable sale to an interested party.

As I have said before, if you can provide me with images of the part that broke during the installation I can see what I can do to get that part replaced."

And your final response before you posted this online was:

"The parts shouldn't break if it was of quality, I will post my experience "

We have done all we can for you in this situation, and in the end our offer still stands to help to get you a replacement on the piece that you broke during the installation.

You are correct that I have stated to you and anyone else that has asked via phone, PM or email that this is a quality part as have all of the others that have posted on this forum that own the grill. We have had no complaints or concerns on the quality, nor have we had any issues with fitment other than the factory Audi rings fitting on the ring holder (which we now offer correctly fitting rings as you also purchased)

You are the first.

We are 100% standing behind the products we sell, and we are also standing behind our terms and conditions. We have offered you the only remedy we have for Used, Installed parts.

You have still failed to provide me with any images of the broken component, or the portions of the grill that has you questioning its quality.


Why did you continue to install it after the part broke during assembly, when you were questioning its quality or felt that it was not for you?

The second I took it out of the box, then again when the rings didn't snap in then again when the emblem holder kept moving around on the grill, I'm not interested in a replacement part I told you that already I want a full refund, so a picture is immaterial unless it gets me a refund. Now I know I'm not the only one so let's keep it honest

Why would you continue to install something that you had so many questions on?

This should be a note to everyone reading this thread - if you have an issue during installation or assembly of any parts, call the vendor or the manufacturer of the part BEFORE proceeding or you will be responsible for the outcome.

Ok so it's simple you don't stand behind you crap product and it is now documented you don't, not crying over anything I spent the bigger money for a real quality part, these forums are for all things Audi, experiences questions feedback Ect if you or anyone have a problem with what I post to bad don't read it! Enough people have seen my post if you don't sell 1 grill because of my experience then I'm happy. The right thing to do would have refunded my money and apologies for my bad experience.

We obviously have a very different point of view on your situation.

From our end, you broke a part during installation that you were skeptical about from the moment you unboxed it - BEFORE you even started the installation, but you continued on without a thought to the consequence.

We have offered you the best solution we can on a product that We Do Not Produce while working within our suppliers Terms and Conditions. They also do not accept Installed parts as a return for refund or exchange.

Your reluctance to work with us or even provide us with images of the issue raises many flags on our end. If nothing else, we would like to be able to show the manufacturer where your installation went wrong so that if it is a concern they can make adjustments in future production runs if they feel it is necessary.

We hope that the grill that you have coming to replace the RS4 grill is better suited to your needs, and we invite any and all questions on our Terms and Conditions, the RS4 Grills or any other product that we provide to our customers.

I don't own their grill or have any affiliation with Eurocollective. Just having read your dilemma you tried to strong arm them by threatening to post on the forums when IMO they gave you a very reasonable offer to replace the part. You did violate their terms for returns/refunds by installing the grill and yet you still believe that they're in the wrong? The right thing would be for you to not act like a kid who just lost his lunch money and threaten to tell mommy and provide the photos to them as requested. Get a replacement part and then just sell the grill locally. The fact that you didn't like the quality from the onset and yet still installed it isn't their fault. If the part broke due to manufacturing defect that shit happens to every manufacturer at some point. plenty of people successfully installed the grill it seems so you as a professional failed to do what other amateurs have been able to do and have come on the forums to try and damage their reputation. If anything I think your posts just shows the rest of us to not do business with you, not Eurocollective.

I didn't do anything not sure how you don't understand or any one I put it on then took it off didn't like the look the company used a bullshit way to get out of refunding my money like my earlier posts other companies sell way more expensive stuff and they have a return policy, how about this every clown that has a problem with my post send me $265.00 so you actually have a real reason to make a comment

[:D] AUDI USA TRAINING CENTER [:D]

Hello everyone,

Sorry for the slow replies over the last 2 days.

All but one of our staff was invited by Solo Werks to attend the Audi USA A3 Sedan measuring session at the Audi Training center in Ontario, California on Monday as well as a tour of SEMA HQ in Diamond bar. Quite a cool experience for sure! The new A3 sedan looks pretty good, like a mini B8.5 A4 IMHO [drive]

We are back in house and operations are up and running to full capacity [cool]

During our absence our trusty warehouse staff kept the orders flowing, and on their way to new homes across the continent.

If you have ordered in the last few days and did not get any tracking info, just let me know and I can have it resent.

So Happy Hump Day (Yeah Yeahhhh)!

Busy week and the weather out at our California warehouse is hitting the mid 90's.... and still in a hard drought... Crazy coast to coast extremes.

Our shipping department has been pretty crazy the last month and today has been no exception. All orders in before 3pm pacific today are packed and on the deck awaiting FedEx pickup.

SHOW TIME!!!

It has been a long tough week here at EC - with a hardcore cold/flu taking out all of our staff this week and preventing me from posting as usual.

I was going to order a grill but I noticed 2 taxes will be charged for Quebec and I see you guys are in Vancouver, BC.

Shouldn't it be only 1 tax (5%) charged for inter-province sales?

Also, in your first post it says +30$ for Canadian customers, but on the website I can only choose a 50$ shipping or a 137.97$ FedEX.

Our new site has a few quirks in it, so for the price stated in the original post for Canadian customers send me a PM we can get the order placed in one of two ways:

1. Send us your email and we can send you an E-invoice that you can pay via PayPal, Visa, MC, Amex or Discover

2. Give us a call directly at 1-888-362-3117 x 101 and we can process your order over the phone (Visa, MC, Amex or Discover)


For the taxes, our accountant has us setup to remit GST/HST and QST and therefor we charge appropriately :( - I do know that when we ship directly from the USA into Quebec, Rev Can charges us both GST/HST and QST as well during the import process...
