One of the pictures on the ebay listing shows the ABT logo on the back of the insert, and ABT appears to be some sort of legitimate German Audi tuning company, although I was unable to find this particular product on the ABT website:

EDIT: After further review, I do not think these will fit the B8 S4 front bumper. Per the first photo below, notice how the short ends (sides) of the stock fog light cover inserts are roughly parallel to each other. The honeycomb units selling on eBay are not parallel and therefore will not fit. However, look at the B8 A4 photo below (standard, non s-line bumper) and you can see that the two ends of the inserts are not parallel. The eBay units will probably fit on a standard A4 front end.

I just emailed the seller and he says they are for the A4 only. I guess they are different. Damn, i want these. Wonder if they can be modified somehow.

Direct from China I see (so was my RS4 grill which is pretty well built). I love the look of these and also would get them if I knew that they would fit. Who is going to take a chance?

Then there's these but again, not sure if they fit our B8 S4's. It lists that it fits the S4 from 2008-2010- I thought the B8 started in 2010. Grrr.

those fog grilles in the ebay link will not fit an a4 s-line bumper therefor they will not fit the b8 s4 bumper
its been tried in the a4 forums, save your money!
