Ya or nah? Has it been done before? worth even setting up? I was thinking of doing it to get rid of my parents car 99.5 2.8 46k/Moms car..... Was thinking ebay possibly, sell like 120 tickets for $100 a pop or 240 for $50 depending on what you want odds to be 1-120 or 1-240 and using the first powerball numbers that come out after all tickets are gone. Let me know what you guys think, should I even bother? I dont remember ever seeing anyone do this, only others from AW doing it one time.....

I was thinking about that, but if I used ebay (dutch auction) or even seeing how much intrest there was on here and AW, 120 peeps isnt that much, and using ebay I could just state not to pay until all slots are sold, if not I'll just cancel the auction.
Also thought about putting signups in a bunch of local shops and donating like 10% to charity too, then you get a good write off and I dont think getting enough people that way would be a problem..... kinda fun too.... winner can pick a charity.....

It is such a good idea that there has to be some laws about it.

plus people will be suspicious of a contest they dont know the winner of, would you pay $100 to some guy to enter a raffle on the internet?...nothing against you just that people a skeptics like that

Thought about that too, I could post a site w/ a list of all people who bought tickets and assign numbers, then its just up to powerball which you cant really rig, but the point of it being legal makes me wonder a bit, it probably is illegal, I'll have to ask my lawyer about it, probably just do it locally and make a post for anyone AZ'rs that want in.

There are certain rules to it, yes. But it is very possible.
