Wheels for B7...fitment?

I have an 05 B6 USP Avant 6spd with 19"Sportecs...can I transfer these to a B7 Avant. Will it only fit the A4 or will it work on the new S4 as well. I am thinking of switching cars and wanted to see what I can transfer.[confused]
