Hello guys, new member here.

2004 TT225 qcm. timing belt went at 91k, had the car for 15k. This has become my newest love/hate. So timing belt broke. machined the cylinder head married with new valves and guides. Pistons won the battle and I am hoping to leave the bottom end alone for a little while as I bought another dd. just to make sure I did a cold compression check. all cylinders from 145-155. The cylinder walls and piston skirts looked okay. any ideas as to why its not running. I have not checked the fault codes as I do not have a scanner, picking one tmrw. Is this a mystery or am I an idiot?
