Recently, I was shopping for a trusted shop to install my AWE exhaust on my S5. I called a few shops, but wasn't getting good impressions from any. With future work in mind, I was hoping to find a shop I trusted and liked working with to keep coming back to. Long story short - found it. If you're in North Texas, and looking for the right shop for any aftermarket work on your Audi - Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati in Plano. End of story.

I was referred to Boardwalk by a coworker (fellow Audi enthusiast) for service on my Audi S5. After emailing my questions to Steve, the Service Director, he responded quickly with detailed answers to all of my questions. After clearly explaining everything, he scheduled my appointment for me, with only a day's notice. Then, because of a scheduling conflict on my side, I had to reschedule. Steve couldn't have been more flexible and accommodating for my schedule. When I arrived - I was in and out in quickly, with only a quick review of the work being performed. They kept me informed of progress and completed the work in the estimated time frame. When I picked up the vehicle, it was detailed and ready to go. Steve reviewed the work with me, making sure I was satisfied, even detailing tiny details that I wouldn't have expect most shops to even notice, much less review with the customer.

Summary: Extremely satisfied! Will be back for any and all work needed on my S5!

I purchased my '13 A6 from Boardwalk, and my experience was exceptional as well. In fact, I have no complaints or concerns I could pass along. Simply stated, they are enthusiasts (or do an incredible job posing as such) that make sure things are done right.

Your review gives me a new confidence in Service.

Not to be confused with Audi of Plano...

When the transition took place ( Boardwalk -> Auto Nation ) I hired a R8 Master Guild technican to not only learn the Italian line, but to help us with the large Audi client base that I have as well.

We still use OEM parts, we have factory trained technicans, and you do not pay Ferrari labor rates < wink >

LMK if we can help!
