Broken part around shifter

My phone charger was by the shifter when I put it in drive and as you can see this little black part kindof snapped free. Any one have this happen or have a fix? Not a big issue but can't use the tip because if its not straight (it doesn't stay straight) it will break. And I have to check it before putting it in gear

I didn't know what to search for this. I tried

If you completely broke the trim piece unfortunately you have to replace the whole unit.
