Hi All
I need some advice please.
I've been offered a set of B6 S4 Recaros for my B7 A4 Sedan.
I currently have have standard non power A4 Seats.
Can I just fit the seats to my car? Are all the plug connections available beneath the seat on all A4's?
Will I just be able to plug everything in and have them work if the plug connections are there?
My rear bench is a fixed seat, could I just transfer the mounting points from the fixed seat to the recaro rear essentially making them fixed too?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi guys.
Just a little update.
All the connector plugs are under the seats, covered by a little L shaped cover.
I'll have to test for power and will let everyone know what the outcome is.

I know with B5's if your seat has anything that is powered you can install full powered seats in with no changes. I am not sure about B7's.

Thanks Junaid, So far I have been doing some research.
I think the best thing for me to do is to fit the seats and test while changing the power seat fuse from 10amp to 30amp.
So far I've checked the wiring on a B7 A4 DTM with Recaros as well as an S-line A4 with manual sport seats.
The wiring looks the same between the Sline and DTM and my car, so I'll have to check the wiring coming from the B6 Recaros.
thanks for your input :).
The seats will fit! I think all B7's came pre wired for power seats! you need to add a fuse in the passenger side footwell

Thanks AKOeuro, I'm in South Africa so I'm not sure whether that is the case.
I was also looking at this link: Seat Fitment Guide (http://nickscarblog.com/diy/how-to-install-b6-s4-recaro-seats-into-a-b7-a4-with-no-airbag-warning-light) and the seat weight sensor was confusing me.
Looking at the comments on the guide, it does seem as if I may be in luck and have a European model that doesn't have the sensor in the seat.

So some news....
There is currently power going to all the required plugs. Called to see if the seats were still available so that I could fit them.....they have been sold [:(]

Just a thought....
Would it be possible to convert the recaro seats to manual my mounting them to the current base and possibly using the current seats as spares?
