I bought the b6 s4 with noticeable oil leaks. I drove the car home 200 miles on the interstate. When i got to my exit i slowed down to a stop. Car began vigorously shaking. Took to dealer for diagnosis. Turns out flywheel gone bad. Was replaced with single mass flywheel and threw in stage 2 clutch while at it. Also had VCG's done. As well as new motor and transmission mounts. (Non oem not for sure on exact brand slipped my mind) Since the repairs the driver side exhaust manifold was leaking. CEL kept throwing lean bank 1. And slight oil leak still present. Car developed a very very strong sulfur like smell (not oil like at all) inside of cabin when aggressively driving. I figured it was from the exhaust manifold leak. Also oil pressure light came on.So I took to dealer again. Dealer diagnosed the remaining oil leak to be coming from oil pressure sending unit and oil filter housing seals. As well as emissions something...Dealer recommended following be done (next paragraph)

Removed necessary parts to get to housing. Replaced OFH seals + oil sending unit +intake manifold gaskets + injector O-rings X8 + purge valve + fuel pump&filter + all 8 spark plugs + serpentine belt + coolant expansion tank +air filter +cabin air filter+ oil(Motul) and filter + fixed exhaust manifold leak(there was a lot of black buildup where leak was present).Started her right up first try. OPL was no longer present. I cleared lean code. Has not come on since. (1200 miles since repairs) before would come on after an aggressive period of driving and would idle high. 1100-1200 rpm. Exhaust leak gone as well. All bolts were torqued to spec.

Only thing that is still lingering around is that NASTY sulfur/bleach like smell and it is slowly worse day to day. Now i was sure it was not being caused by a leak. Also tends to idle very high at start up for a couple of minutes(1500rpm's). Once in a while also will idle rough even after driving for a period of time, then just randomly settle down to under 1000rpm's. When revving up rpm's climb fine. However rpm's hesitate to fall back under 1500rpm's without delay. Noticeable loss of low end power. The smell is to the point of me not being able to drive my car at certain times, because of the strength of the smell.

I am really curious if anyone can help because i have taken the car back to the dealer and they state that everything looks perfect and the smell i am getting is most likely from the wrong fuel. Makes no sense. I have never used anything but PREMIUM UNLEADED. I have even tried using various fuel stations. + vacuum leak test performed as well as fuel pressure test and both were A-Ok. This my last resort... I have tried everything and i have literally been at the dealer 3+ times and got a "she looks good" response. I am literally out of options. Sorry for the long post just felt it necessary to share all details and repairs specifically.
