You don't state what model B6 these parts are from - 3,0 or 1,8T? Neither do you state if your B5 is FWD or quattro.

The B6 3,0 6-speed manual 01E will fit your B5, using B5 S4 tranny mounts.
The B6 1,8T 5-speed manual 01A up to 2003 will fit your B5, using B5 A4 tranny mounts.
The B6 1,8T 6-speed manual 01E up to 2003 will fit your B5, using B5 S4 tranny mounts.
The B6 1,8T 6-speed manual 0A3 from late 2003 - 2005 won't fit your B5 without reworking.

The B6 rear differential, driveshaft won't fit your car. I would suggest you buy the parts from a wrecked B5 manual.

Also keep in mind that your speedometer will no longer work when running the b6 tranny as they get their speed readings from the abs rings, and not an actual sensor like ours.

The 2002 A4 use the VSS. The OA1 transmissions have the VSS sensor (at least the 2002 does).

Only applies to the 0A3 fitted from September 2003. All 01A run a VSS same as B5 manual models.

Thanks, that is good to know. I researched a bunch a while ago to run 6spd in my b5, and at the end couldn't find a way to keep the speedometer.

I thought they only started putting a 6spd on the 1.8t in '03, I looked into this before and I swear I read that the only plug and play choice would be the pre-'03 3.0 6spd
