Looks like parts from a Q7? They look kinda like the headrests on airplanes, seems quite comfy... :)

Looks like you've been looking for them for a while: http://forums.audiworld.com/showthread.php?t=2825847

Wish I could help tho... bump for someone who has access to EKTA to chime in...

Good luck!

I've been searching but in Q7 there are only sport seats and standard seats, and

Climate comfort front seats

i have the climate comfort front seats with the ventilated seats etc but i think in the EU the 'comfort' seats come with the headrest above... i was told i could take an A8 headrest and install it but first i want to see if i can find the exact one made for this car so the leather matches.

Hey, I'm dealing with the same headrest problem...you ever find a good replacement?

Thanks!

nope... unable to source the headrests and asked dealer they don't have a clue what i am referring to.
"only headrest listed and options are for colors"
leads me to believe it was an optional part in a different region.

Getting frustrated with searching for the part i decided to make the proper adjustments to the headrests that came with the vehicle.
It is quite simple and shouldn't take more than ten minutes per side. All you need is a set of needle nose pliers, a thin flat head scew driver and a hammer.

Step one:
Put headrest into the tallest setting.

Step two:
Locate plastic ring that does not have the lock in it.

Step three:
Gently price up the upper portion of the plastic ring.

Step four:
Using the same screwdriver slide out the cotter pin.

Step five:
Complete remove the headrest by lifting it up.

Step six:
Flip the headrest over so you are looking at the bottom of it. You will see where the cover comes together and clips.
Un-Clip the leather cover.

Step seven:
At this point you will see two plastic tabs. One is a semi-circle the other is a rectangle. Using the same flat head pry up the plastic tab just enough that the needle nose pliers can pull it out completely.
Do not drop the plastic tab into the headrest or it will rattle forever.

Step eight:
Locate the semi-circle retainer positioned directly around the post. Remove it the same way.

Step nine:
Do this for the second post.

Step ten:
Repeat on the next headrest.

Step eleven:
Put the headrests back together, slide the cotter pin back in place (optional) and once installed you can now tilt your headrest forward about 45 degrees.

Enjoy.
