I did the 120amp alt upgrade, however it did not come with a pulley on it & reused the old 90amp preface alt pulley. It sticks outta a little far past the other serp pullies then my liking. Do I need to source a facelift alt pulley or are they the same?

If you can figure out how much it is sticking past take it to a machinist and have it shaved down. Shouldn't cost much.

What brands are the alternators? Both Bosch?

The 90amp that was on the car believe was the factory alt

The 120 amp on the car now, is Bosch, with the 90 amp pulley on it.

I could, but mine is a Valeo so it probably wouldn't help you much. My '01 came with a 120A Valeo, which I replaced with a 90A Valeo. Direct swap. Both have the "solid" pulley, not the one-way clutch type.

It's a picture of the 120amp pully I'm looking for, my 120amp never came with a pulley.

If you know the year make and model it came from just go ebay and search it. That's what I do and it typically works. I also search online part stores and look at their pictures.

Here's an old post of my old one. It's a valeo though. Replaced it with another identical valeo bought locally at a store in north jersey for $200. No core needed and had the right pulley.
