RNS-E unreadable DVD maps

Hi I have a problem with the navigation RNS-E.Radio works everything except DVD read maps. I burned DVD and not read maps. I tried OEM DVD map and it's also not read them.So I read VAG fault memory.A defect was: 02261 - Media Player, Position 1 (R118) 014 - intermittentSo I bought a new laser and replace it. But the fault is the same DVD and still not read maps.Please I need advice on how to fix this problem.Audio CD radio reads normally, but not DVD map reads and writes on the display unreadable CD / DVD.Before replacing the laser, the radio would behave.So please advice.thanks(sorry for my english language, I'm from Czech Republic and I know how little English)[:)]
