CD error 3, how to correct?

Recently installed a symphony 2 from another car in my b6 A4 and after entering the code everything work great including CD's!
I removed the unit again last night to double check a harness issue I've been messing with and re-installed the unit.
It required the security again and once entered it popped right back on.
I never checked the fully loaded CD changer after re-installing the unit and when I went to play one today it shows "No CD"? [o_o]
Press eject and receive "CD error 3"
Any thoughts? Do you need the VDS or whatever the software diagnostic tool is called or can I reboot or clear this problem otherwise?

That error comes from the CD you have in there being stuck, from a quick Google search you have to take it apart to get the CD unstuck. I did only look at the first couple results though, but both indicated dismantling the unit to get the CD cleared.

Pretty easy fix!
Pulled unit, pulled the two top screws off the top of the CD exchanger and removed the top. Found top CD jammed at a slight angle.
Straightened out the jammed CD, reinstalled in reverse order, re-entered Code and all Clear!
Works great!
