2.0T turbo install. Do I need to prime with oil ?

Hi !
Like title says, I plan on changing My K03 turbo on my B7A4 Avant. I've found 2 DIY procedures but none of them ask to prime turbo with oil before
starting the engine. I know it's very important to do this with a B5S4, so i just want to make sure not to screw up my new turbo.

I've asked the same question long ago and I got different answers, some say it's not necessary, some say you need too. Doing it will only help. You can turn your engine by hand a few times or you can remove the fuel pump fuse and coilpacks and crank it a few times.
