MMI audi navigation plus A4 2008

i need help

i just bought A4 2008.
It came with MMI navigation plus SW:250 HW:H74
it came with 2007 DVD Navigation and cd changer in the glove compartment

How do i upgrade it? What should i do? how do i download new maps?

does the cd changer play mp3s?
can i make mmi show TV or Play video?
how can i add an AUX to plug in my phone for music or anything?
