ok i have a 2000 a4 dbw. i want to swap a aeb head, bock, and intake but keep my dbw throttle body. and use all the sensors from my atw motor. will it work as smooth as i think?

no. aeb does not have secondary air injection. atw does. youd would have to delete it. also, if you are doing this for performance gains, you wont see any

ATW has 058 block, which is the same as an AEB. Why are you doing this? Are you running a BAT or is the ATW blown?

redline is correct in saying that you wont see any performance gains unless youre revving a large turbo with high rpm, thats where the bigger ports in the AEB head and intake are important.

You would probably see a loss as the ATW is tuned for smaller intake runners, sure it would work but you'll never get it working 100% unless you can do custom tunes or are willing to pay someone hundreds to do it for you.

What I'm saying is I want to use the head and intake from a Aeb, but everything else from atw would I have problems doing this

And like I said you won't get it running 100% without modifying the ECU tune, you'll need to code out the SAI and account for the larger ports. I can't say if the bigger ports will make that big of a difference, but I can imagine a pretty decent loss in torque and a general feeling of not running just right happening.
