Depends on the offset. ET25 works for 20x10, so you'd probably need to be ET20 or a little lower.

^ ^ If I'm reading correctly, that's backwards. a 10.5" wheel with a +20mm offset is going to stick out 11m more than one with a 10" & +25mm spec. If you want the identical vertical fitment as that 10" +25mm wheel, you'd need a +31mm offset on a 10.5" wheel.

Bottom line - the width is one half of the equation, but for solid advice, you'll also need to provide the offset spec. Also worth mentioning - stock suspension, or lowered?

You're going to have "poke" pretty much with any wider size you go with, since the inside clearance is tight and doesn't give you a lot of leeway. Take a peek around the top, inner edge of the front tire and you'll see it's pretty tight.

The OEM 3.0T 19's are 19x8.0 ET39. If you go up to the S-Line 20's, they're 20x8.5 ET33. The extra wheel width on the inside (1/4" or a little over 6mm) is balanced with the change in offset from ET39 to ET33 (pushes the wheel outward). With a 10.5 width, you'd have to lower the offset even more, to account for the extra 1" width on the inside, at least another 15-20mm from the 8.5's ET33.

There is also an OEM 19x8 ET 27
All sizes that exist for Q5:
7x17 ET 37 , 8x17 ET 39, 8x18 ET 39 , 8x19 ET 39 , 8x19 ET 27 , 8.5x20 ET 33 , 8.5x21 ET 33

This has been done before:

http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/481581-Audi-Q5-Caractere-Vossen?highlight=vossen

But without a body kit (extended wheel arches), the wheels and tires will be outside of the wheel wells...

Good luck!

Yeah I was trying to remember where that was but I couldn't for the life of me. I don't care what anyone says 22's look beautiful. I think 21s are enough, but if it fits, it sits.
