Weak back speakers after New HU

I bought a sony xplod cdx gt34 its 52watts x 4. I hooked up this stereo to my 98 audi a6(Bose Concert System) using the metra wiring harness 70 1787. The back of the stereo has 3 pairs of red and white rca plugs. The wiring harness has 4 rca: 1 white, 1 grey, 1 green, 1 purple. Im confused on which rcas to plug in. I tried to put the white & grey rcas in but the back speakers sound very staticky & weak. Please I need some Help with this i am very confused.

If you've got a Bose setup, wire up the front and rear RCA from the head unit to the 4 RCA on your adapter. You also need to ensure the remote on for the amp is correctly wired.
