I've searched and they are all for non B8 S4 models and they don't go into detail about installing the product. I would like to buy one and install it myself but am not sure if i can because no one seems to show how to. Can any help me out please

We don't have a large enough flat area under the front to mount it flush. I have the non-motorized model on my S4 and if you look at my car underneath the back of the bracket sits about a half inch lower than the front. I ground off the points of the bracket to get back the clearance. If you search here there's a few threads and I think I posted a pic or two of my install. I modified my bracket by extending the channel for their bolts which allowed me to push the bracket farther back and only have to drill one hole. I used an existing bolt as a second mounting point. Very secure and pushed farther back it is not that noticeable. The motorized unit adds another 1/4 to 1/2 inch at the end of the bracket and you would not be able to grind or bend the end up to regain clearance like I did. I'll have to look and see if I still have the pics somewhere.

That would come in handy in CA.

Please post some pics I bought and returned this one because it did not seem mountable on B8.5, sounds like you came up with a good solution,

Correction, I had to drill two holes as indicated by the red lines in this picture. The blue line is the channel that I extended forward. This extension let me use the existing bolt with a spacer behind it to match the angle where the front holes were drilled. As I said, extending the channel let me move the assembly back so it was less noticeable. The assembly is so far back that with the plate up it would contact the bumper where it not for the rubber blocks that I added to hold the plate at a slight angle with the bottom of the plate further back than the top by a few degrees.

It's close but the points of the bumper still extend lower than the bottom of the plate but it is pretty low. I thought I had a side shot but I can't seem to find it.
