New Audi Club Member - Build N Review Thread

Hey everyone!!

So I guess this is my debut to the Audi Club. Purchased my Ice Silver B8 S4 this past November and wanted to get into the Audizine threads. I am a car geek (if there's such a term) and am absolutely in-love with my car. The sexiness, the power, the class... all of it!! I searched high and low for a car to suit my needs and I believe she's the one. With that said, I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep the car for a while.. like 8+ yrs.

Anyways, I'm excited to mod out my car. From what I've seen on forums, people like to stay pretty close to OEM or make an upgraded version. I'm going to try to do both. I have tons of ideas and it's gonna take a lot of time, so I will be updating this thread as I go. Suggestions and opinions are more than welcome.


Mod List in no particular order:

Go Mods
- AWE catback exhaust system
- Roc-Euro intake (aka Stratmosphere)
- APR Stage I or II (Haven't decided yet... don't want to void the warranty just yet)
- Radar Detector

Show Mods
- S4 and Supercharger custom badges
- Interior LED set (12 bulbs)
- Blue piped carpet from ECSTuning (whenever they release/reveal it)
- Avant Garde M310 Matte Dolphin Gray
- Michelin Pilot Super Sport Tires
- H&R Super Sport Springs

One of the biggest things I noticed with this car is the quiet SC. I personally think it should be highlighted so I changed the badges and upgraded the intake to the Roc-Euro (aka Stratmosphere). I'm sticking with this blue theme on my car. Hopefully I can find one of those old blue filters for my intake that Strat use to make. Sorry for the low quality pics. Taken with phone

Congrats and welcome!! Nice to see another Ice Silver on the boards...... the fastest color of course :-)

Check my build thread below for some other ideas if you want. I too have the Roc Euro and AWE setup. Once you get that AWE on your car, I highly recommend you pull the Soundaktor Fuse so you can enjoy the full effect of the natural sounds of it. Looking forward to watching your progress.

Thanks man. Actually I have seen and read your build thread and I LIKE!! Thanks for the suggestion. I'm trying to install these mods some-what slow.. I want to enjoy all the new additions/upgrades. Right now, I just love hearing that whine :D Glad we chose the fastest color.. many can't handle the Ice Silver ;) haha
