My A4 Quattro 2.0 is pulling to the left, what would be the first things to replace to start correcting this issue?

check your tire pressure, if nother corrected get it checked on a rack

Some shops offer a lifetime alignment service at a price not terribly much more than a single alignment. I'd recommend buying one as keeping the car properly aligned is important to extend the life of your tires (in addition to maintaining proper pressure and rotating).
